Quick to order with kiosks or cashier. Limited seating. Some seating outdoors. Parking almost always available around back. Burgers were better than most fast food and come loaded with lettuce, large tomatoes, and pickles. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I enjoy the efficiency of this location. Management takes an active role in helping customers with any issues, and in general the workers have been very kind. This is the great Whataburger experience I’m used to as a Texas native New complaint… they don’t open until 10 am? Went to get a honey butter chicken biscuit before work today because I got one for free as a birthday reward, just to find out that 24/7 no longer means 24/7 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Hamburger

You know what SCREW THIS PLACE. I have been here 3 separate times and they have messed up my order of literal cheese, meat, and bread ALL 3 TIMES. I don’t understand why it is so physically difficult for GROWN ADULTS to make the order correct. I worked in fast food at 15 years old and was capable of making an order correct. It’s not hard to slap cheese meat and bread together. They are not only LAZY and UNATTENTIVE, but they are straight up downright rude to guests as well. I seriously will never come back to this location I have NEVER been so dissatisfied in my whole 21 years of life with fast food service, and I worked fast food for 4 years. I am very disappointed because I was called by the manager early last Friday morning to set up an interview for today at 3:30pm, just to get an email an hour or so beforehand that they’re going to pursue other candidates. It was wrong , y’all are WRONG! Very hurtful !! I had prepared myself to go after class, I got all dressed up a bit today. Why call me to set up an interview just to DENY ME that same day??? It’s foolish and doesn’t make sense. I feel discriminated. I want y’all to do the same to other candidates, I wouldn’t recommend NO ONE WORK THERE!! How y’all gone say “after careful consideration “ ?? Wasn’t it “careful consideration” when it came to CALLING MY PHONE NUMBER IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW?!!?!!? So what changed over the weekend so fast that y’all decide to not even want to interview me?!! It’s WEIRD AND IT’S WRONG !! Also a waste OF MY TIME , ENERGY, AND PREPARATION!!

I realize this is next to the college and you place your own order on the screen, but I lived in Texas for years and Whataburger is a staple. I had it in the Atlanta area and it was great but this was cold & old and very unorganized. Do better. The burgers are great, the fries aren't but only because I dislike the little style. Slow, you will wait way longer than you would expect even for fresh cooked burgers. Employees are hit or miss but I seem to mainly get rude ones.
