I had a great experience at this Whataburger. Christopher was quick to take my order and had a great attitude. The place was noticeably kept clean and Christopher was cleaning when there wasn't a line. The food was good (recommend the Dr Pepper Shake) and served fast and the other employees were positive and helpful as well. This was my first visit.... I thought it was surprisingly good! I enjoyed the cheeseburger very much. The onion rings weren't anything special, but the fries were delicious! I also highly recommend trying the white chocolate raspberry milkshake! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was decent, but they messed up our order. They were out of straws and napkins but no one seemed to care. When we asked for more they made it seem like an inconvenience. Everyone who was working here seemed to hate life. No one was friendly at all or seemed to want to do their job. This is only my second time having Whataburger and I will make sure not to come back to this location. I was blown away by the service at this location. One person in our group said they’re weren’t ordering anything and the lady offered a water. When our food was delivered she followed up with a tray of condiments and napkins. It was top notch service and the best I’ve ever received at a fast food place. Gross, gross, gross. Came for breakfast. Coffee ice cold, very bitter, obviously very old. Then our food came on the nastiest, clearly dirty tray and tray paper. The front counter employee was not very friendly. She seemed to be annoyed as soon as we walked up to the counter. After we had our order placed, I stated that it was dine-in, well she took that as if I said to-go. When our number was called, our burgers were smashed and messy. Fries were great. This location was as expected from the burger chain. I found that the restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. The seating areas I checked and walk way was clean. The food took a bit of time, but arrived hot and the fries were fresh. The food was very tasty as expected. The kids enjoyed the meals they received too.
