Delicious! First time here you pick your own stuff its great! I got the turkey lettucewich so much more healthier I loved it 10/10 definitely coming back for more! my kid got their oreo shake for $5 small cup but my kid said it was worth it so oreo shake is good too 10/10 bathrooms are clean which is always a goos thing! staff is friendly fast and efficient! we ate here one of the guys brought us our food which was great! tables werent wiped which is fine they were busy theres booths and tables a lot of room to sit in! we loved it no complaints here definitely come check them out Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto via Uber Eats. Sounds yummy, right? Until you discover there is no mozzarella at all, pesto is only a tiny spot in a middle of the bun and you got three thin slices of tomatoes for the while huge sandwich. They just put inside bunch of old, brown lettuce that you would be afraid to eat. Really impressing for a sandwich for $14! Food: 1

I really like how the menu is organized and how you can take your time customizing your sandwich. The menu is organized by protein, then you pick a sandwich sleeve and write and customizations. Creating the sandwiches took a bit of time but you can tell a lot of care went into it. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Bob, the owner of this shop, is AMAZING! I made a mistake when ordering from the Which Wich website; I was in Mountain Standard Time, and placed the order for 12 MST/1 CST, but it needed to be delivered at 12 CST. I called Bob at 10:30 CST the day of delivery and he was so helpful and kind!! Doordash couldn't modify my order delivery time, so Bob told me that he would be willing to drive over to deliver the order himself so that it would get there on time (and during the lunch hour!). It's not often you find someone willing to go above and beyond, especially when the mistake is someone else's, and he came through for us. Bob, my team and I truly appreciate your help and are so grateful that you were willing to assist us when the mistake was mine. Thank you so much for such amazing customer service!! You are fantastic and we definitely recommend this Which Wich! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was slow, and the environment was underwhelming. For two sandwiches the wait was close to 30 minutes. There were three workers present, but only one was aware and trying to keep pace and keep orders up (Kudos to Wrenn). The food was average, and the drink dispensers were broken and warm. Was hoping for a better experience from reading previous reviews. Unfortunately we will not be returning, I just wish management would reward the young individual mentioned above. First time I had a Wich was at this location. There was an older gentleman and an older lady. Every time I come to this location the older man and woman are so welcoming. The customer service is GREAT. They make your dine in experience so comfortable. They’re so nice and caring . I always come without my kids but today I brought my toddler along and they go above and beyond . You don’t really say this about a sandwich shop but it feels like you’re having lunch at home. It really sucks that this place has bad reviews. I’ve been here when it’s two girls only. And one of them is so painstakingly rude. Other than that the sandwiches always hit the spot ! I’ve only been to two locations. I live in Chicago and love this location because of the hospitality. Even when I’ve gotten bad service the sandwiches are always Delicious!

What a great place!! You write on your own preprinted bag.. you can "make your own" or choose from the "favorites" you choose what you want on all of your sandwiches. ZERO STARS!!!!! How this place stays open is astonishing. As a a driver, when I walk in a see an employee squatting in the kitchen area, NOT WORKING, while the delivery order isn’t even started it’s beyond unacceptable. The place is never crowded but always behind, and it’s filthy. Would you eat at a place where the people making your food sit on the FLOOR?!?
