You can tell this place is working hard to make a turn around. The new owners are really nice. All the team works really hard. They are very understanding and cooperative. The new menu honestly just seals the deal. I highly recommend you come in and give it a try. This is the new Subway to me!!

I did go back in as they offered to make it right. I did not mention this review or the situation as to not receive special treatment. They absolutely crushed it, everything is correct, delicious, and store incredibly clean. Will be going again. My one bad experience must have been a fluke on that particular day. Great place for a sub to dine in or to go. Highly recommend, thanks which wich team!
Previous review: Friendly enough but didn’t get simple order correct. Ordered a straightforward chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich with lettuce. Overcharged me for a roast beef sandwich instead and left the cheese and bacon off the sandwich entirely. Pretty disappointed.

There was a bit of a wait and it's not exactly cheap, but it's absolutely worth it. Everyone working was nice, the signature Wicked was an awesome sandwich, and their shakes rank up there with the best like Five Guys and Culver's. Pretty impressive range of options too. Definitely a must try!

Service was quick and friendly. The place was really clean, which can be rare for quick places. Food tasted fresh and delicious, not like it sits around for a while. Not sure why the other reviews are so harsh. I love Which Wich for a quality sandwich that isn’t like fast food and this place delivers!

Since the new owners took over in July 2023 there has been a significant improvement. Service was great and professional. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great tasting and hot!! 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience! Super quick service! LOVE THE BREAD!!! Freshly made bread better than other places. They also have seafood salad which other sub sandwiches places don’t seem to have anymore.

Wow what a great experience. First time ever and it was amazing. Right off the bat Matt came over and informed us on everything works. The food was delicious and the milkshake was fire. Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis!!

Under new management and recently opened. We decided to give it a try. It’s been along time since we’ve been to a which wich. The employees are helpful and very nice and accommodating. The dining area is clean. The food was fantastic and very fresh!
