Ate at this one at least 3 times now. Very nice employees and food is consistent. Bathrooms were clean, but dining room could be cleaner. Tables should be wiped more often. You guys don't use clean oil in your fryers. Or aren't filtering or managing it properly. It's apparent from the taste of everything. For $34 per fryer your food could have a much better taste but it's clear the oil is old. Every fried item has that bitter old oil taste. Valentine’s Day 2024 is in the books! This was my wife and I’s 12th year in a row spending V-day at the castle and the second for our daughter. Just wanted to give special thanks to Jordan and the rest of the staff working the event this year. During the dinner rush it felt like the walls were gonna come down in that place but they managed to keep the whole show going and from what I saw, everyone left happy. Just when i thought brick didn't need anymore chain restaurants, they pull the white Castle on us. Nice new and clean, it's white Castle, great location to pick. Same as your usual, five stars for it being white Castle, keeping it clean and everything you expect out of it

Came here for the impossible burger and I was pretty impressed. It really tastes like the meat Patty. I've had the beyond burger before but it doesn't compare. The impossible is the best vegan burger available. Otherwise the service was nice and fast.

This location washes away any previous thoughts of what White Castle is typically seen as. This location is absolutely spotless, clean, well designed and has the friendliest staff. Food arrives quickly, piping hot and fresh. The staff here is excellent and deserves much praise. Did an online order. Arrived at the specified pick up time. Had to wait 18 minutes at the restaurant for the food. The purpose of ordering online is so that the order is ready. The food was typical White Castle food., No problems with it. But the level of organization to get the online orders ready is deplorable. They need to learn from Chick-fil-A.
