I stopped in there a couple weeks ago I could not get my Van in there because it was too tall. They came out and waited on me. They were very nice, very friendly. The food was good, very easy to get to. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Bryan Texas location customer service was extraordinary! I didn't have my credit card on me and attempted to pay with my Google wallet. I didn't realize my card on file was expired. I attempted to update it but was having issues. The gentleman working the window insisted that he would take care of my bill and not to worry about it. I finally was successful at updating my card and attempted to go back through the line and pay but he kept insisting it was ok. I've never experienced such a nice and caring restaurant employee. Tasty place if you need something quick and filling. Service is always on point. My only gripe is the lack of lobby seating. Seems to be drive thru only. Kinda sucks when you drive a delivery truck. Recieved coupons on my phone, they refused to honor them .... got in argument with the manager on duty, foul nasty, won't be back. It's a shame such an iconic place has gone so far down.

This is the closest Wienerschnitzel I've eaten at in 30 years to my original experiences in the '70s. It always reminds me of my childhood. I stopped eating at them years ago because it just didn't seem the same. When I was in the area and saw this one, especially since it was in the old style building, I figured I'd had to try it for nostalgia sake. To my surprise the Polish sandwich was just how I remembered them! I tried the jalapeno poppers and in my opinion they're the best poppers you can get in a drive-thru. Thanks, I will be back. This is an old business. The building is old, and nothing has been changed. That is part of the appeal of the place. It is just like the Wienerschnitzel we remember in Grand Junction Colorado when we were teenagers (1974). The food is the same as well. We always stick with our old favorites, Chili Cheese dogs and fries. It is great. I placed a favor order here, I read off the items very slowly and clearly in the drive through the employee read it back to me and they were all correct. They handed me the food bags none of the items were what was ordered. And it's not appropriate for me to rifle through a customer's order so I trusted the employees that they put all the correct items are. The customer texting me afterwards and said none of the items were correct, I'm not sure how the drive-through could have messed that up seeing as I was the only one there, and there were no other orders that they could have confused it with. They just straight-up did not do the order that was placed, and they've wasted my time and the customers time and I didn't get paid for this. Absolutely garbage service, do not order from here. This Wienerschnitzel location is a classic, drive-thru, A-Frame building, and is a blast from the past. The hot dogs and fries, covered in chile and cheese are great! And the staff was fast and friendly.
