Visitors don't highly appreciate coffee at this restaurant. Wimpy is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is cool. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

The staff are non stop talking and don't seem friendly at all. They don't seem like they want to serve us or even want to have customers here. It's not welcoming and it's sad to see how this place has gone down. The food was good except for the fact that I got a hair in one of my chicken schnitzel but other then that it was all good for the food part. Wimpy you can do better. Staff not friendly at all. Been coming here for years and sad to see how the service is going so backwards. Staff really needs to step up. Acting like they doing me a favour. Exceptional service from Collen and his team. Service is very efficient. Food is served quick,fresh, hot, exactly as advertised on the menu. Collen bends his back for his customer, very professional. Keep up the good work.

Worst cappuccino ever, never mind waiting forever that we nearly walked out. One of them at least had foam Lady behind the counter was rude but the other lady from the kitchen was nice enough to say the coffee was on the way. Very dirty with dirty tables. The service was slow. My burger patties were prepared in the microwave, it was rubbery and bland. They did replace the burger with another microwave-prepared burger, but at least they had it on the flat top for a while. Not the best experience.
