Stopped by here after work on Friday (Memorial Day weekend) around 3:30 and not really much happening. I placed my order and within 15 minutes it was ready as promised. I ordered D3, a combination plate (Egg Roll, Boneless Ribs, Wings, Chicken fingers and Fried Rice for $12.50). This is pretty much what I order every time I'm in the mood for Chinese food, regardless of what Chinese Restaurant I'm at. I also ordered Pork Chop Suey during this stop. The food is not bad, however, it failed to satisfy my cravings. It just did not have the taste (flavor) I was looking for. I guess my taste buds just got spoiled by Chinese Eatery Restaurant (OOB). Unfortunately this establishment closed, much to my (and many others) disappointment. Don't get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the food at Wing Lee, it's just a matter of personal taste and preference. We ordered Steamed Dumplings and they are huge and definitely homemade...SO GOOD! I also love the way they prepare my favorite dish, which is mixed vegetables in a very light brown sauce with pieces of fried tofu and white rice. They need to renovate this place. It just looks dirty and it smelled bad, musty and cigarette smell. How can you trust the food when the place looks and smells like a dump? The egg role tasted very odd and I didn't dare finish it. The ribs looked old. The rest of the meal was ok, below average. Will never order here again! Called and placed my order left work to go pick it up the order was 29.60 for two meals. Got charged 291 dollars checked my account once I left and they literally took that much out of my account!! Went back in and asked the lady how come they charged me almost 300 dollars for my meal and she said “I don’t know what you talking about call your bank”. So called my bank and they said I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back!! Like how can they be doing this to customers. Not impressed with this place at all!! Charging me almost $300 for 2 meals, then to say it's not there problem when I show them my phone where it took the money out of my account. The lady was very rude, the place smelled nasty and will never go here again! I just want people to be aware and check their receipts and bank accounts after they order from anywhere, it's so sad to think how many other people have been taken and not even realize it. Part of my order was incorrect. I received something I did not order nor do I like it! The teriyaki was as tough as leather. Couldn't chew it! And it was $9.00! So disappointed and will not go back.
