I have never been so disappointed with this place before but my order last night was the worst. My order was supposed to be delivered at 8:40. It was delivered at 9:06… food was very cold and fries were soggy. My order was wrong! I called and some guy just said to me OK. And hung up. So disappointed!!! I have never had an issue with my orders at this location. We usually get the boneless meal with basket of fries. In comparison to other places, the prices are very competitive. Sometimes I can spend more on myself at a fast food joint than what I order here for two people. The food is always fresh and hot. They're pretty fast so I usually leave my house as soon as I put the order in from my app and it's already ready for pick up by the time I arrive. The people have always been really nice. I have never dined in, but from what I have seen, the place is always clean. I have been to other locations and have not had that great of an experience, but I would recommend this location to my friends and family. I liked it here. The food was fresh and hot. They actually care about the soda machine they change out the cartridges. Most wings stop don't change them for customers. But I gave it a 4 star and not 5 because 1 of the girls was bothered when placing a order. Like she wanted to me hurry up with no one behind me. 🙄. Like when your child is undecided it's hard to rush an order. I even told her would you like for me step aside. She finally caught her attitude and no I was ok.

Food was good service could have been better. We called in our order 15 mins ahead of time got there still wasn't ready. This was my first visit at this location… keep in mind I’m a big fan of wing stop but this will be my last time coming here. The fries were stale as if they were refried after having sat for a while the original hot sauce seemed watery and less hot than any wing stop I’ve ever been to on top of having an odd smell to it and not like the vinegar smell it typically has. The ranch was watery as well, and even the drinks tasted off. Overall I think next time I’ll take the extra few minutes drive to a better quality wing stop. I'm so upset. My daughter was suspended for doing her job. ( long story short the coustomer didnt have enough money and played the victim card) The manager sent her a text saying she was suspended due to a customer complaint. The manager Victor not only cussed at her while she attempted to call him to get an explanation. He was rude and very unprofessional. He shouldn't be allowed to speak to any of his employees with such an attitude. I want him to apologize! I over heard everything. He didn't write her up instead he texted her and sent her home. I will be moving forward with this. No child should be treated like this. Being in management position myself you should be trained to handle situations like this . There are steps to follow. This was so unprofessional.

I ordered wings off of door dash I pressed the ranch option guess what’s not in my bag?
