My daughter loves this place. I had never been. They have some good meal deals, didn't care too much for cheese fries, but wings are decent, service was good, we ordered more food than we needed but overall I would return. Tasty good wings even I like lemon pepper wings and garlic wings 🤤 and the drinks are okay and even iced tea but it seems like they don't have any Splenda packs or any sugar packs or something. Anyways good restaurant. Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great experience! The people working were young but did an excellent job. The wings were hot and fresh, although not a lot of sauce. The music was wacky and wild. Soda tasted a little weird. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I read the review that said "read the reviews, trust me it's true how bad it is" and I still went. DO. NOT. COME. HERE. Bro trust me. The food is criminally bad and the goons there don't care at all. First time here, fries were cold when I got my bag and didn't want to complain, plus we had to leave.. both my mild and mango habanero wings were not good. Kinda disappointed since I was looking forward to some good flavored wings Plus I don't understand my mild wings looked like they were dipped in watery sauce 🤢 28 bucks gone to waste 😑 Food: 1

My boyfriend went after work around 2 ( David) and we came home and he opened his tray of wings and there was a long piece of what seems to be black hair in it . VERY disturbing, DISGUSTING and just unpleasant all around . Nobody should have to spend money on food they can’t end up eating because there’s hair in it . Order online, went to store just for them to say they never received the order ( Showed confirmation) asked if they could make order. (40 wing combo, was willing to wait) they stated "we don't have enough wings"..... Y'all still have almost three hours left before closing. How did y'all run out of wings? Or is it the people there just didn't want to do their job?....either way they was happy with us just leaving and finding somewhere else to get dinner ....come on Wingstop y'all need better customer service than that. Waited an extra 20mins because they accidentally gave my food to someone else ohh and they didn’t even pay but I did! Waited and extra 20mins to come home and pop my wings in my air fryer because my “DRY RUB LEMON PEPPER” wings were to wet with grease and extremely chewy. We’ve given this location 4 tries and have failed us each time. I will gladly drive the 25/30mins to 59th and Thunderbird location because I’ve never once been disappointed there! Unfortunately the obnoxious amount of grease that is carried over into the boxes ruined my purse Surprise Wingstop you were highly anticipated but unfortunately a big disappointment.

Ordered online tonight and they must’ve gotten a boatload of orders at once. They were completely overrun with orders. With this being said they handled it very efficiently to the best of their ability. Everyone had a role and were working together. There was a long wait but they were doing everything they could. And offered free drink for the wait.

We've been waiting for a Wingstop in Surprise! Place is small, but looks great. This location just opened today and the staff was overwhelmed upon opening. Even so, they were efficient and friendly. Food was great, but Cherry Coke did not taste like it. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
