Perfectly cooked fried salmon, tapas and rolls have a good taste. Taste good lemon pie, fruitcake and cheesecakes to form your opinion about this bar. Delicious prosecco, bourbon or beer are worth trying here. Wit & Wisdom offers great coffee or good tea among its drinks. Choose between indoor and outdoor seating. The appealing hostess works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Low prices at this place are good news for its visitors. You will certainly appreciate the spectacular ambiance and cute decor. As for the Google rating, this spot received 4.4.

We had a 8PM reservation at the restaurant. Got the table at 8:30 since the place was packed. We had drinks at the bar in the meantime. The bartender was very professional and the drinks were on point.!! Once we got the table the server took our order after 10 mins. Post that, it took 45 mins for the order to come. We ordered the king Salmon and the potato soup. The potato soup was decent however the Salmon was too salty and by the looks it seemed like it had been sitting on for a while before it was brought to the table. I could barely finish few bites and had to ask the server to take the dish away since the salt was too much. The server was kind enough to take the salmon off the bill. The dessert was decent (cheesecake). Overall, the food did not seem worth the wait and definitely not equatable to the $$$ price and on top the egregious wait made things worse. Great ambiance, decor, and service. Food presentation was decent. But taste left something to be desired. Had the Short ribs Cavaletti. Small portion. Not worth the $38 dollars. $17 dollar Life in a Hammock cocktail was glorified gin and citrus juice. The butternut squash pizza was decent! Again not worth the price point however. The lobster potpie seems to be the signature item. Maybe I'd return only to try that and review again. Otherwise there are better options in town for fancy ambiance with tastier selections. Went during Restaurant Week. It seemed like they were short three wait staff. Had a 6:30 reservation left after 3 and 1/2 hours. Food was delicious. The non Restaurant Week food items seem to be a little high-priced. Overall it was good but not excellent. I would love to come back when it's fully staffed and get the full experience.
