Standards/flavours have dropped from our previous experiences here. Both our mains lacked flavour and balance. Extra Satay sauce was inedible.

While passing through Stoke a couple of weeks ago we noticed that this new food outlet had popped up, seemingly out of nowhere! My wife and I both love Thai food, or any food from the Asian continent, so it was quickly added to our list.
Well what a nice surprise!
As is often the case, this was a takeaway only place, with no seated dining, so I phoned and placed my order. I was proudly informed that the food would be ready in 5 minutes! Astoundingly quick!
This did make me wonder about the cooking and flavour - well I shouldn't have worried at all as the food was VERY good.
We ordered the Pad Thai as this is a staple dish and we would be able to compare it to our other experiences.
This was very nice - with the noodles having a nice texture and the flavour profile being strong and confident. The vegetables were fresh and cooked lightly, tasty and crisp. A well rounded dish.
We also ordered the Tom Yum fried rice with Seafood. This was great, with a nice light flavour. Again the veges were fresh and crisp. The seafood mix consisted of Mussels, Prawns and Calamari. These were all cooked well, not overcooked they were nice and tender.
The kitchen was nice a clean, and the counter was low and you can watch the lovely lady cooking the amazing food before your eyes, this enforces the confidence in this kitchen.
We have a good number of Thai food options in our little town, and that decision has just been made a LOT harder.

Got chicken green curry, asked them what veges go into the curry as I am picky and have allergies too, was not told about courgettes going in and found them in my meal, asked if they could fix, I was expecting a freshly made meal as I cannot eat courgette but they picked them out instead. Other than that the meal was amazing, lots of flavour, bright colors etc. I recommend this place for their taste but if you have food allergies make it extremely clear before you order so you don't have trouble like I did.

Well impressed with the hearty portion sizes. Curry was rather runny but well made up for it with the quantity of meat and vegetables. The satay chicken skewers have one of the best satays I've tasted and the customer service was exceptional, both over the phone and in-store

Incredible food! Had pad see ew with crispy pork and drunken noodles with chicken. So delicious, huge (HUGE) portions, cheaper than other places, and very friendly staff. Will absolutely be back!!

Had takeaways a few times, the staff were very friendly, clean place, the food were nice. We had pad thai, chicken satay, chicken larb, tom yum noodle soup, panang curry, chicken nibbles and bbq pork on rice. I recommend that you should try the bbq pork on rice, it's the best of the lot.

Friendly phone manner and on pick up. Ready on time. I find many places make Pad Thai quite slim on the sauce but this was great, good flavour and a good size serving.
