I really enjoyed this brands food at the Sandton branch, but unfortunately was disappointed in the quality at this branch. I understand that good food takes time, so I was fine to wait for quite a while, but the food was not worth the wait. The plating was unimaginative and the taste was worse. Not worth going back. 😕 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really slow service (kitchen).There were only 4 tables seated (including myself). According to what I saw, the cafe was at 40% capacity. Waited longer than an hour to receive my food. Compared to other Woolworth's cafe’s, the food was less than acceptable. Honestly suggest people go to Mugg and Bean literally a few meters away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took the family for lunch. Ordered our meals and then waited more than 30 minutes for it to arrive. Waitress didn't inform us of the delay. All the dishes were going out late. The staff in the kitchen didnt seem to be organised. 2 of them were busy doing paperwork instead of getting the orders out. Manager in the green coat didnt even bother to greet or even ask customers if everything was fine. Food was tasty though. Prices are too high as compared to other places coupled with poor service. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Bad service. Wife's salad was terrible. Waiters ignore you. We were actually asked to move tables so that they can accommodate other people. First time I was treated so terribly. What an awesome experience, amazing food but even better service. Thank you Deborah and Barbera for going out of your way to make us feel at home. I will highly recommend Woolworths Cafe Woodmead and will always return for delicious cuisine and fantastic customer service. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

I often go there. The waiters unfortunately are terrible. Today a new male waiter served us and appeared not properly trained. Numerous occations we asked for chilly but that never came. However our burger was good.

Excellent food, but service so complacently shoddy that you're usually mad as hell by the time the food finally arrives. Expect 10 minutes for someone to take so much as your drinks order, five minutes for a waiter to find out what muffins are available, at least 25 minutes to get your food and a further 20 minutes just to pay the bill.

Thoroughly enjoyed the beef and chicken burgers we had at this cafe... and the pineapple, mint and apple juice. The chips were also divine, and the dipping sauce was just fantastic! We had a great waiter who was very helpful, friendly and attentive. We were there at around 7pm on Friday and it wasn't packed at all so not much waiting for seating or food. I will forgive the fact that there were crumbs on our table when we arrived cause everything else made up for it.
