Good to see that this place has transformed into an authentic Uyghurs restaurant. The grilled lamb was really juicy and marinated perfectly. The freshly handmade noodles were amazing in texture and soaked in the sauce spiced with cloves, star anis and fennels. However there are a few things that can be improved here and I believe it’s because this place is still very new. First, the bread was very dry and pretty hard. Also the chicken’s odor was not removed properly. Plus, during workday lunch hour it took half an hour to get the dishes served, which was a bit slow.
