Bibleworld Musuem & Discovery Centre is a must to visit before wonderful meals at this bbq. Clients highlight that they like Korean cuisine here. Try nicely cooked belly pork, marinated beef and yaki udon Yaki Yaki offers. To taste good pancakes is a truly nice idea. At this place, you can order food as a takeout. If you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is appealing at this spot. Terrific service is something guests agree upon here. You will appreciate adequate prices. At this bbq, people can enjoy the spectacular atmosphere. But Yaki Yaki has been rated below average by Google.

Had lunch here and I have to say that it rates amongst the worst Korean meals I have ever had at a Korean restaurant. Korean bibimbap is suppose to be served in a stone hot bowl heated up. What was served instead was on a flat pan which definitely does not represent a bibimbap. The ingredients was tasteless. Worst ever. We also ordered the beef bulgogi and this was served way too salty. You could not eat it unless taken with white rice. The food was served after about 40 mins which is way too slow. Mind you it gave me lots of time to read other people’s reviews of this place and prepared me slightly for what was to come. Made me regret sitting down before checking google reviews on the place. Just go to the take away next to it, u wait 15 mins eating burnt fries and other greasy food before they can serve the raw meat for you to cook. We paid 4 people bbq $35 each and got exactly 1 dumpling and 1 chicken nibble each, and waited 15 mins before we can start cooking our meat. 1 bowl of soup to share between 4 people, and they made us drink it with plates. The atmosphere of this restaurant needs a face lift. It was murky and the food was not fresh. The service was great, but the environment was sad and not the best place to be eating. My partner fell sick afterwards and we didn't even finish our meals before we left. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

It's like a must do coming to Yakiyaki each time when we visit Rotorua. We have been a returning customers since 2015. Although to be fair, since COVID hits and inflation, price has increased and food variety has been modified. Although things has been changed a bit, it's still one of the best and most reasonable places you can get here in Rotoura. Their friendly staff is what makes this place also running so successfully. The lady Ms. R saw I was struggling a bit with the stove, she would come up to help without needing me to ask for help. Her friendly smile was so warm, we all felt very welcome by the team. They all come up to help change the baking paper for cooking very regularly. Food was great 👍 a few changes were made but the buffet Kimchi quality has remained super. We were greeted then had the option to choice our table for four, our order was the BBQ special, this consisted of pork, beef and chicken ( free refill) served with rice (free refill) side salads (free refill) Bean Tofu soup (free refill), we chose the chicken nibbles, chilled water available, as you are required to cook the meat one cannot moan about the chef skills cause your IT!!! be careful as you cook though (K Drama experience meal wise) Loved it all 😋

Poor service overall and underwhelming food quality. Had two different servers ask if we were ready to order before we decided, which was great. After we ordered, our table was completely forgotten about. Spoke to two different servers about it but we were ignored, other guests who arrived after us being served before we were. First round of buffet is good. When we asked for refills for meat,the flavor is less. Not consistent. Adult $39, children 5-8 yes old $14.50 pet child, 8-11 years old $21 per child,12 years and above adult price.

Special BBQ dinner was definitely worth the money. Good flavours and plenty of sides to choose. Unlimited meat as well damn it was so good.

BEST Korean BBQ in NZ!! I had tried many korean bbq styles in Auckland and around NZ but this place has been the far best!! Really quick service and the meat quality is top! Beef is juicy and the chicken! Also the Samgeopsal (pork) is the best! I love having it korean soju Highly recommend with family and friends! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Spacious and instant service. We went for lunch, it is $25 for the BBQ special, it's a little bit more at dinner time. It's all you can eat meat, rice and salad. You also get a Miso, nibbles (so good) OR dumplings as a started. Pork - We cook it first and then cook the other meat so it ends up crispy. Chicken - This is good and is marinated. Beef - It's just plain beef.
