My husband and I came in here today to get some dinner. Little busy not too bad. They gave us a pitcher of water and then ignored us and never took our order. They took several other orders but never ours. We needed up leaving hungry and angry.

The person on here who said "they gave us a pitcher of water and then ignored us" is an idiot. You have to buy a ticket from the ticket machine and then give it to the employees so they know what ramen you want. This is widespread in Japan.

2023年11/16(木)16時50分頃、入店しましたが、接客してもらえず(「いらっしゃいませ」もなく「水」もだしてもらえず注文も聞いてもらえず・・・)、直後に入店してきた客には、ちゃんと接客していました。その後も無視されたのでメニューをおさめて退店しました。直後に入店した客は1人挟んだ隣に座っていましたが、メニューを開いている私を気にかけないのは、私に何か問題があったのだろうか？勿論、今後の利用はないです。 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

何度か利用してますが、この店舗の接客にイライラします。私達より後に入ったお客さんに先に対応する、客の来店にきずかない等何度か遭遇してます。いっその事券売機とか導入した方がいいんじゃないでしょうか？ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
