It was my first time experiencing this place, The pizza pie was delicious. Bathroom was clean, staff was friendly, Kids meal comes with gelato which was a plus. I order pasta from this location regularly and this is the first time I have had a negative experience. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:27. I arrived at 12:29. The lady behind the pickup counter told me she would be with me in a moment. I watched her box a stack of pizzas. Then she offered them to me. I responded that I just ordered a pasta. She seemed annoyed by my response, and took the pasta off the rack where it had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. I commented about it sitting out, and she thrust the container into my hand and turned away. When I got back to work (my office is a 2-min drive away), my pasta was cold and dry. The temperature of my pizza was hot which is good thing but not tasty. It just doesn't match up to the price. The 3 employees I encountered did not greet as I walked in. No type of customer service skills whatsoever. The cashier said are you ready to order or do you need time? I told it was my first visit give me a few minutes to look over the menu. I don't usually take my time, and leave a review. However, this is (to me, and my wife) the best pizza anywhere near the area! We was driving by the area, and noticed as we was driving by last minute. Wheeled that bad boy in the parking lot, went in, was immediately welcomed by staff, the put whatever we wanted on the pizza. I love the wide variety of toppings, oils, blazomic vinegar, and so on. Set down, and enjoyed an amazing lunch with my wife. Anything less than a 4 star from people is because of their choice of toppings, not the restaurant, just saying 😉

I always enjoy this place. Great pies made as you like. They are open for indoor, patio or takeout. We ate in, the place was clean. Tried the Cubano pizza available for a limited time, it was good. Tried Your Pie for the first time last night. Placed an online order for pickup. I had the Southern Heat pizza, delicious! One of my kids had the BBQ chicken and the other had the lineage. They didn't complain about it, so I take they enjoyed it. I'm taking a star off because my husband's pizza was burnt :( Probably would have given a 3.5 if half stars were available. There was a blackish wetness on his paper and his crust was clearly burnt. I'm not sure if it was a bad pan that was used or the cook forgot to take this pizza out in a timely manner. Regardless, it seems the person boxing the pizza should have noticed. For this reason, my husband did not like the pizza and could not enjoy it. (Understandably so!) I felt bad, as I chose this place for dinner. The other 3 pizzas were fine. Also, if I should return, I would go for lunch. It was not very filling as a dinner. And I'd definitely check the pizzas for improper cooking before leaving the store. Husband's pizza was the only one that had that black residue on his paper and burnt crust.

First time trying Your Pie and it wasn't bad at all. $8 personal pizzas. They have a kids meal where you get a 7" pizza/drink/2 scoops of gelato. Good deal imo. I got the Lineage on white. Pretty good. Kids got cheese so nothing to review from that. Wife had the caprese salad. This location was a little backed up on Friday night. They prob could use another person behind the counter cutting the ready pizzas.
