A nice hidden gem, fresh air and close to nature, with extraordinary food to accompany the experience... Omakase with set menus for couples or big parties. You can even customize your food with them (with enough time and communication) Highly recommended. Outdoor huge garden space offers a relaxing space for a walk with family and friends. 除了台北大學區之外，三峽算是頗有品味的景觀餐廳，適合家聚、商聚三峽因為台北大學規劃很不錯，總有吸引我的魅力，這次第一次踩點。雖然是在山中，路也不便會車，但柳暗花明又一村嘛，來之安之。這間算景觀餐廳，有停車場，佔地也挺大的，後來知道陸續整地會有咖啡廳和露營區，建議白天可以先來走戶外，讓肚子空虛才能塞更多美食。回到重點，鳶山紅樓是採單人套餐式的無菜單料理，用餐額外加服務費的，所以基本款花費大慨$1400以上是跑不掉的, 就定位和出菜我覺得可以算是日式懷石料理的風格，所以是OK的。不過，整體來說他們家的餐點是水準中的高標了。我們點的是1280級別，9菜(含點心和水果)。吃的份量恰到好處，每道菜都值得細細品嘗；雞湯和花膠羹那湯頭層次之豐富，先溫潤入口回喉會甘甜就知道是老師傅的心思了，其次蒜茸佐大蝦也是我至今垂涎的美味，尤其配的蒜茸真的是好吃，無蒜的辛辣，但有蒜的香氣，光拌白飯我都能嗑一碗吧！其他的如鮑魚、鰻魚米糕等等不勝枚舉，食材不但新鮮，對色香味的衝擊層出不窮啊。服務方面也很優質，服務人員個個身經百戰，服務無微不至，出菜都會很熱忱的介紹一下這道"佳麗"是什麼來由呢和特色啊，讓人品味時更能感受到大廚的心意。這裡小小挑剔一下，餐具齊全但清潔度能再過一點好更棒了~ 總之這間個人推推！無論家族聚餐亦或請客，都夠大氣，絕對給足面子滴 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes 鰻魚油飯

無菜單料理，所以不知道菜名是什麼只知道從第一道菜至最後一道甜點每一道都好吃，每一道都很精緻除了菜好吃，服務、氛圍、環境都無可挑剔由於同事們人數多，所以訂了包廂感謝店家把大包廂留給只訂了二桌的我們（實際空間可以坐至少三桌）包廂還有一個服務生會固定留在包廂內服務無論是清桌面、端湯遞水，服務得很周到親切的服務讓人有種尊榮感，體驗很棒田園風的裝潢，靜謐的環境，用餐氛圍絕佳環境整潔也不在話下，由內到外，整潔度100分餐廳外的園藝，停車場的規劃都整齊有度業者的用心程度可見一斑，不給滿分不行了這次聚會的同事各個也都讚不絕口下次若要請客吃飯，肯定還會來辦在這口腹、心靈、尊榮感絕對可以得到大大的滿足 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1,800–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

離交流道不遠，園區非常寬廣，除了合菜還有精緻的無菜單料理，不但吃得精緻還能吃得非常飽，每一道都非常好吃，吃飽後還能在園區散散步，如果剛好遇到落羽松季節，還能到落羽松大道拍美照喔！ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
