Love this place. We come once a week. We’ve tried most dishes but certainly have our favorites. Their go-to are the “pan fired buns” and handmade dumplings (Chinese cabbage & pork; both fried and boiled. Soup dumplings are also very good. BBQ pork Fried rice is awesome. (Don’t get the combo fried rice; it’s made with ‘spam’ which is not used in Chinese cooking so weird that this cook uses it. Hmmm!? The noodle soups are incredibly delicious. Just tried the hot dry noodles which is tasty. No alcohol license. No service. You come for the food. I would like to say I finally found me some authentic Chinese cuisine this hidden gem is orange county best kept secret. The staff is very friendly, kind, and attentive. The best customer service. Everyone is so nice they ensure your taken care of. I honestly thought I walked into my cousins home. So Welcoming and positive. The food is cooked fresh upon ordering. One of the best Chinese comfort food restaurants in Orange! Authentic hot dry noodles brought me back to the city of Wuhan, and the XiaoLongBao are very juicy and yummy. Beef noodle soup has flavorful broth. Everything tastes good and on point. Unlike the other Chinese dumping restaurant, the restaurant is bright, clean, and spacious.
