Ordered their Zensation salad and cheddar bites. Both tasted good, but... severing sizes for the price were very disappointing. For just a little more, a much better salad can be had at Applebee's, with a size a good bit larger. The Zensation salad was right at $11.00. The cheddar bites were right at $5.00... and the serving size was rather pathetic. See the photos for serving sizes. Take note of the size of their "spring roll" for reference to the size of the salad... and it's not that the spring roll was large. Lastly, Zaxby's should teach their employees to welcome a customer when they approach the register to order... and likewise, they should teach them to say thank you too. I used to love Zaxbys but after the last few times I have been very disappointed. I normally get the boneless wing meal with sweet and spicy sauce but when I opened my box I saw that there was absolutely no sauce on my wings. I also get a diet soda with my meal and the last few times I have gone the soda was out and it did not taste good. I am very upset because this used to be my favorite place. Very disappointed. We order from here often but no more This is the third time our order has been incomplete. I called the manager and got nothing but attitude. She told me to take it up with door dash even though they left items out. Very unprofessional I didn’t complain the first two times but I’ve had enough. Thinking the store would help but was I wrong! So apparently this is the new signature club sandwich that they have supposed to have bacon on it, cheese, and pickles. Now for granted I had asked for the pickles on the side and when I get home and I open up my plate this is what I see and I upsized everything to get a large fry and a large drink I got the large drink I got a regular serving size of fries they didn't put bacon or cheese on my sandwich and the last time I got one of these they did the spicy Zaxby's sauce instead of the regular.... This makes the third time my order was not right at the time of school location and this is the first time of me writing a review!!! And the basket of toast this go around had so much garlic in it I couldn't eat it The butter was saturating the bread like grease and I just couldn't deal with that much garlic and butter soaking in the bread I even waited 15 minutes till I got home before I finished the piece that I took a couple bites of and it made me so sick because it was so heavy with butter. And wayyy to much garlic.

Just came through and got our drinks with no straws and had to pull up to wait on the food. When she brought it out we asked for straws and she said they we're "currently out of straws". We looked into the dining room and everyone had straws so my husband went in to get them and couldn't find the woman to tell her to stop lying just so she doesn't have to walk in and out of the store when she really needs the exercise anyways. They need to take those curbside pickup signs away if we have to go inside to get the food ourselves. Sat out waiting for someone to come bring the food until I finally went in and it was just sitting on the DoorDash counter. It was cold and ice melted in drink. Very unprofessional and unnecessary staff. Lady at the register was trying to assist me on getting a sandwich and the staff in the back was yelling at her continously to get food off the shelf and wouldn't stop until she stopped helping me to get food. No Zax sauce! Food was cold! The employees were short and acted like I was bothering them for coming into the restaurant when I was ordering.The floor of the dining room had trash on it. I don't recommend you eat at the Thomasville on until they get their inspection rating score up. My recommendation is go order from the Archdale store. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
