If I could give them zero star I would… When I pulled up to the speaker they did not say anything for 5 minutes and then when they finally did say something they took forever to respond. Got to the window and payed and then they had us pull around which I’m perfectly okay with. We waited 20 minutes for this to be the outcome of our wings that is not okay for us to have been waiting for 20 minutes. We went inside and asked if we could have teriyaki sauce since there was clearly not any on the wings and she had a very bad attitude and threw the sauce at me so hard it left a dent in the sauce. I work at Chick-fil-A and I know not every establishment is customer service oriented but having to ask for the bare minimum and then have the sauce throw at me is absolutely unacceptable. The owners should at least take pride in their business or they are going to continue to go downhill.
Spent $16 on a meal I was trying to get. Learn to read orders back especially when y'all don't understand it will never come back after today when I can go other places and get two meals for $16. I would like my money back for something I didn't want in the first place Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
