No greeting upon entering the store, three team members walked past the register and not one spoke. Additionally the cashier decided to give my food to someone else to be funny because she did not like that I expected to be greeted and said “Hello” or asked for my order. I was on the phone with my girlfriend when she went through the drive thru here and just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing customer service! English is her second language and the employee was very polite and professional. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was really good, hot, and fresh. Dining area was nice and clean. The lady at the register luchina is awesome and great at her job. Very welcoming and on point with her job. The runner hazel is non stop going. Great job.

As of 3 minutes ago I have been waiting 25 minutes for my food here at the Dorchester location. Absolutely appalled and saddened at how bad of a service this has transformed to since I worked at a Zaxbys and even helped to manage one. Absolutely horrible service. Cold food and a lack of apology to top it all off….? Instead the manager on duty decided to argue w me claiming he made it a LONG time ago. Wow guys. You’ve lost a loyal customer. ***one positive note to update: the short red haired girl behind the register was more than apologetic. Give HER the managers job!!!***

I love Zaxbys the only reason I didn't give a 5 for food is because the funnel cake didn't taste all that good. I may give it one more try but I prefer mine at the fair where you get what you pay for. But service was great and I got a military discount! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Paid 11 dollars for a wings and things and the 3 tiny chicken strips were so small it was laughable. This place has gone so downhill over the years in value. They have increased their prices quite a bit, and shrank the portion sizes and amount of chicken you get per meal to the point its painfully noticeable. I took a picture of the chicken strip to show everyone exactly what your paying for here. My 10 year old got a wings and things as well, and was still hungry afterwards. If you want chicken for a much better value and size go to raising cains. They give you way more food. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
