I went through the drive thru. The visit was great, the people were really nice and I got my food in a timely manner. The only issue I had was I ordered a diet drink and she repeated back that it was diet but when I get home to enjoy it, I realize it’s not diet. I know i probably should have checked before I left but I felt confident it would be right because of the confirmation. Usually it’s no big deal but I am not supposed to have normal sodas and can only drink diet so that was kind of disappointing! I ordered a chicken finger plate with slaw and extra Zac’s sauce…. This is what I got… Fingers drowned in honey mustard no slaw Ranch Dressing and a piece of bread you could bust rocks with!!!!! There were times of employees working but apparently nobody checking orders!!!!! The fries are the only edible thin in the box!!! I can never get ginger ale in the drive thru, I’m told they don’t have it even though I always get it in store. So then I have to get out of my car and go inside to purchase my drink. I ordered the family chicken tenders with fries on the app. I got there and it was done. Nice and hot. The drive through line at certain times of day is very long so the app worked out perfectly. When I entered the restaurant it wasn't cleaned. There was ppl standing around waiting on there food. Some ppl where giving the wrong orders The lobby needed maintaining. Some of the condiments where out and the soda machine was in need of some attention. Placed my order for there they bagged it to go and it was cooked quick wasn't fully cooked to me. Had to edit my review from 4 to 1 now that I known Zaxby's could carry less about the review. The response I got was: Go to a website and repeat your issue. Is that crazy or what. The people were great. Food not so much. Very sad that this location has gone so down hill. I finally figured out how to use the app to order ahead, but the last two times it has been terrible. This time I ordered 6 piece finger plate with extra fries and seasoning only to get 5 fingers, no slaw and not extra fries. The fingers were very small and not hot and fries were very hard like they had been sitting for awhile. Very disappointed as I really used to like the freshness that I used to get. Meal type Dinner
