I really enjoy their coffee. Whenever I do get a drink there, the coffee is just really good. There's no funny aftertaste or bitterness to the coffee. I got breakfast for the first time the other day and it was really a happy with it so it was good. I love the coffee people. Give me gift cards for them all the time just cuz I like the coffee a lot

I moved here from Washington state a year and a half ago, the land of "coffee", and I will sing the praises of Ziggy's. Their coffee is far superior in taste and price compared to the "S" brand.

I usually love this location. Been coming here for years. The wait can be a bit long sometimes, but it's fine. I'm writing this review about my specific experience today. There were 2 cars in front of me, first car got their drink quickly, then I sat behind the second car for 17 minutes. By the time I got to the window there were completed drinks sitting all around the cashier. Honestly it seemed like she was on something, she was just standing there staring at me all wide-eyed, twisting the sleeve of the drink back and forth, then finally asked if I wanted an espresso bean. After that strange encounter, my drink was barely warm, had to heat it up in the microwave at home. Hopefully this was an isolated issue.

Quaint, friendly and quick. The drink options were great, prices were fair and the service was very quick and friendly. I would recommend stopping by for your coffee or for their red bull infusion. Absolutely delicious!

This location is always out of multiple items. Everytime I order a drink with whipped cream they forget it and I have to ask again and get attitude. It takes around 5 min per car in the drive thru and they are not friendly once you get to the window. I recommend the Mead location not this one 😮💨

I've been going to this Ziggi's coffee location for years and they've been pretty great. However, the past three months give or take the customer service, products and wait times have are driving my business elsewhere. Customer service - I was use to staff at Ziggi's being friendly, offering a bean with my coffee and pup cup when I had my dog with me. This is no longer the case here. Products - the quality of drinks has diminished a significant amount. My $5+ coffee today is undrinkable as it's completely watered down and unmixed. I do not have time to wait another ten minutes for a new one. Wait times - I'm fine with time to wait for coffee as most drive throughs have a line. However, I dislike the extreme wait times at this location even with smaller lines. It seems as though they are overwhelmed. After today's experience, it's time to give Ziggi's a break.

I just left this location. I ordered 4 drinks. There were 4 people working. The woman with dark hair and a yellow shirt was very upset that we ordered at 5 minutes before closing. Slammed our drinks around and audibly complained loudly about us coming at "closing". So rude. The others that were working there were severely uncomfortable. Our drinks were also made incorrectly from her. She was so incredibly rude! I felt so bad for everyone else that had to work with her.
UPDATE: Customer service was amazing and really resolved the problem. They were very fast at listening to my issue and resolving it quickly with no hassle. Keep it up guys!
They were more than happy to accommodate my special diet restrictions and substitutes. They were great, and my frozen coffee was perfect.

Normally a great place to drive thru for coffee but tonight our server dropped the ball, wouldn't make what we were asking (even though someone else made the same thing two weeks ago), wouldn't scan our punch card app so we could get our punch and just wasn't friendly and definitely didn't have a can do attitude. First time in 1 and 1/2 years we had any real problem like this with the service. Like I said though, normally great!
