Excellent place to visit while in CDMX. You must have a reservation to get in, or wait until 10 pm to see if there's enough room. Tons of seating, the menu is excellent. We had the grilled chicken sandwich and a glass of wine and it was reasonably priced. You can pay goods and drinks with a card but your ticket at the door is only with cash.

Romantic atmosphere and seemed like a classic place in CDMX to get some jazz in your ears. Palomas were fantastic and the music was captivating. Wife and I had the most excellent night – highly recommend!

Superb. What a night! Staff and customers alike are fun and friendly.
Music, goes without saying, is absolutely fantastic. I will be coming back every time I come to Mexico. Recommend booking!!!!
Buenisimo.
Now THIS is a jazz bar! Oh my Lord. My friend and I went for the first time and it was everything and more. There was a 3 piece band with bass, piano, and drums their names were Alex Mercado, Gabriel Puentes, and Rob Dugay. Incredible musicians. Their music felt like a warm and exciting hug to my soul. I couldn't stop smiling all night.
Then just when I thought it couldn't get better they brought out this angel of a singer named Suset (yes I got all of their names after the show haha). WOW. Her voice was insanely soulful. I don't know where she took me but that voice was transformative. It reminded me of Etta James, Esther Satterfield, and Billie Holiday. I was shook!
The food was also very good. We had the barrata and the ribeye tacos. Extremely flavorful and tasty. The prices were excellent compared to some other live music venues I've been too. You need a reservation ahead of time so check their Instagram. There was a cover the night we went for around 300 pesos, which now after having experienced it, was well worth it.
Also, their seating choices are based on who reserves first. So the best seats go to those who reserved early. I would suggest reserving at least 3-5 days in advance. I also really appreciated the size of the venue. We had a cozy little corner with enough space to relax and really enjoy the show. I am definitely a new fan of this place and will be back.

We popped in with no reservations January 27 2022. We had a lovely time. Food was great and the owner was very friendly. He spoke perfect english as he grew up in the the States. The music was excellent and the cover charge very reasonable.
First class Jazz music. I had the opportunity to listen to Christian Balderas and his quinteto, it was an amazing performance. Drinks are good and Staff very kind, they even let us in when it was cold outside. Coming back next time I visit CDMX.

They say music is the universal language, well this jazz club in Mexico City proves that. This unassuming location, packs a punch in musicianship, ambiance, and service. Drinks and food were solid. Of note is their signature mezcal and mezcal margarita drinks. Yanco manager/part owner looked out for us throughout the night and made us feel right at home.
It's a good place, nice environment a little bit expensive when it comes to events, 500 mxn per ticket, This could not be a regular place for a jazz or music lover unless you have money.

Very cozy venue, once you find it. They didn't open the door and hang their little sign until right at 9:00PM opening time. So, if you get there five minutes early, be patient! The host said I needed a reservation, which I didn't have, but fortunately there were some open seats for the night I went.
The next time I visit CDMX, I want to return!
