I went through the drive through on 3/1. The kid who took my order was rude. The hamburger i ordered had 3 times the amount of ketchup a hamburger normally has and made the bun soggy. The hot dog gave my granddaughter food poisoning. I watched him put the banana flavoring in the milkshake and mine was horrible. I like Zips but will not ever come back to this one. Super tasty, the most expensive fast food. You get semi nice restaurant prices for fast food service and atmosphere. Honestly, I have a hard time recommending zips as a place to eat mainly due to ok the prices. The food is on the upper end of tasty(as far as greasy cheeseburgers and fried tots are concerned) and they have good sauces. I love this place so much. My mother worked here for a long time, and I even worked for a summer here. Everybody is so sweet and welcoming at the food is to die for. My personal favorite will always be their chicken strips. I just can't get sick of them, lol. I can't say enough about the customer service here. I love that they smile and are cheerful you chose to eat there. Food is hot and fresh and takes just the right amount of time until it is served. I use drive through mostly but my experience in and as well as with different staff is always super joyful and they always put a smile on my face. Whatever yall are doing at this location it's working and I'd make sure to pay to keep these folks here!!!!! Groceries ain't getting cheaper and heck even this lunch coat me $20.02 out the door (#7 triple burger, large with butterscotch shake) so I am hopeful they're making enough not to struggle. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Absolutely do not go to this location. The service is awful, the food is disgusting, and the management is embarrassing. The fries taste like they haven’t changed their fryer oil in about 6 months. This place used to be great, but every time I’ve been in the last few years, the quality of food and service has gotten worse with every trip. But while the quality has continually gone nosediving toward rock bottom, the prices continue to go up. Save money and go to McDonald’s or something. At least there, you expect bad food and service. Husband went to pick up an order to go were from out of town and apparently this place is the golden standard for good fast food in the area so we had to try it pretty impressed husband came back with the order mentioning how friendly the staff were and how.kind they were to him which impressed him a great deal so then we dig in I was pretty impressed with the size of the burger patties not at all like I expected which is the standard Mcdonald small patty this patty is actually meat and cheese like 2 parties was too big for me ok so that got made me happy the tots were hot and salted nicely which was great and husband liked the fries and sauce drinks were large and overall we have to say we were impressed next we ll have to try the milkshakes because we've been told they are legendary we are hoping this is the case thanks for the great meal and for the kindness ! No rating for atmosphere since we didn't eat in Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

This used to be my favorite place for lunch. Best chicken strips in town. Then a couple of months ago they switched to molded chicken nuggets that are half the size, with the texture of silicone... and also raised the price! Last time going to this Zips. Service Take out Meal type Lunch
