Awesome experience with the shift that worked on 10/22/22 around 3:30pm. Right when we walked in, they greeted us and asked us if we were ready. They offered us to ring the bell option when we were. Ordered in, and they delivered our food to the table in a timely manner. Definitely coming back ! I love their fish & chips. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Absolutely horrible service. Had 2 thirsty kids in the car. Their card reader was down and they refused to give me the drinks while we waited for them to figure out the problem. It’s not like we weren’t trying to pay waiting 15 min for them to try to figure out what is going on with their system and refusing to give us drinks for the young kids waiting is absolutely outrageous. They should have offered at very least to give us our drinks if not the whole meal. I understand it’s not their fault the system went down but it is their fault how they handled the situation. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The kid at the window seemed to rather be dead than greet me or say anything. When I got my drink it was supposed to be Pepsi and it was clearly watered down. Disgusting. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and the meat was old and burnt. Not even hot enough to melt cheese. The medium tater tots we ordered had 9 tots in the bag wadded up on the bottom and smashed. If I was not in my lunch break I would have returned it but I don’t have time. Mostly because of the 20 minutes sitting in the drive through line. Super dissatisfied. Threw it away and now spending more money getting lunch delivered to My work. Good luck calling them. Came in today at opening 11:00 am. Bathrooms not clean, tables not clean, and floors dirty. Ordered a Hot Ham and Swiss and banana shake. Told no banana mix. Ordered a pineapple shake instead. Then told shake machine was being cleaned. After paying was told all the turkey was frozen. I asked for my money back and was told that the restuarant was not closed down properly and the nice person who refunded my money also stated her boss was at her second job.Yikes.

Totally rude lady in drive through... No " thank you." just shoved the bag at me and quickly closed window AFTER i said thank you! Wont be back. Food was good and fresh though... Too bad...
