My husband and I visited this Zoup earlier today. I had the Fiesta Chicken salad. It used to be served with bread. I received no bread. My husband had the Turkey Bacon sandwich. It was completely dry. No mayonnaise at all. His root beer was almost tasteless. He called it “atrocious”. Sadly, we will not be returning for a repeat experience. A different manager took over and it is going downhill. The new manager is not friendly at all. They do not give you complete portions of soup anymore. It is usually filled up 2/3 of the way. There use to be people in here all the time in the winter especially, but when we go now no one is here. The prices have gone up, while the food quality and customer service has declined. Another problem is that the hours are irregular. They will often be closed even though the hours on the door say they are open. I enjoy coming here not just for the food but the people who run it. When I’m having a rather bad day I can come here and they make it better. The sandwiches and soups are phenomenal. I recommend the pick two cali chicken and lobster bisque; you can Mitch and match as you like those are just two of my favorites. The alligator gumbo is a nice addition to the choices this month. Great for a cold day. They know me by name now but they make sure when I leave my day will be good. They put their customers first but mostly make them feel safe and at home. Went for dinner on Friday evening around 6pm (two hours before the restaurant closes) and the place was empty. Looked like the two workers had already fully cleaned the restaurant and the vibes were very unwelcoming. Ordered a soup/sandwich combo with a fountain pop which cost $16.50! Total rip off for the small portion size. Literally only two slices of Turkey on the sandwich, skimpy on the sauce, and bread was hard. Fountain pop was all carbonation and no flavor. I suggest you go spend your money where the food isn’t completely bland like next door at Barry’s Bagels or even Panera. Both me and my spouse are very disappointed and still hungry. One of the best places to get delicious hot fresh food at! It's the first time here for me and my wife I wanted to eat here for many years since they've opened just never chose to but I will say I was completely blown away with this place the people who work here are so nice helpful friendly asking u if your like to try any of there delicious soups. Both me and my wife got the pick 2 option for lunch I will say the lobster bisque is very fresh tasting and very delicious in flavor my wife salad was very fresh flavorful and overall very yummy. Also there fresh juices are so delicious very tasty indeed. Definitely highly recommend this establishment you will not be disappointed.

Passing through on Labor Day weekend and placed an online order. Arrived for pickup and it was closed. However, they still processed my credit card. I called them and was told I could come get the food or cash. Since I don't even live in the state, that isn't possible. He said he would look into it and call me back. He didn't and then no longer answered the phone. Corporate office only gave me a canned response to contact the store. Twice. This is theft.

I ordered the Mac and cheese which came out lukewarm. I believe it cost me 13.95 for a bowl of Mac and cheese and a soda. Quite expensive for what you get. I was thinking I would at least get a slice of bread on the side or something. It was ok, but not spectacular. Maybe I will try the soup next time? I've been coming here semi-regularly for a few years. This place is reliable and the food is good and the service is very nice. I like trying new things on the menu. Currently, I'm hooked on the Pick 2 with Southwest Turkey Sandwich and Baja Mac. The Gumbo is delicious. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Showed up at around 6:30; good hour and a half before close. Ordered the Really Good Chicken Noodle thinking it was a specialty or something. Paid $9.50 for a bowl of the most flavorless soup I've ever had. It was literally mush. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the price compared to the quality is shocking.
