What a beautiful place! We randomly stumbled upon it while exploring Haga. We had difficulties finding a place with tasty vegan cinnamon buns to have for afternoon fika so we were very pleasantly surprised when they told us their cinnamon buns were vegan + they make real chai late from tea leaves (instead of a syrup or powder based!). The staff was also lovely!

A compact and cosy cafe. Stopped in for the special - soup and a cheese sandwich (tea / coffee included). Superb. In fact all the food looked good. The staff were super friendy and helpful along with reasonable menu prices, its a great place for a light bite. It does get busy so be prepared to share with someone at a table (we did) but that adds to the atmosphere. Good place for a Fika break in Haga. Nice and calm location. The coffee was great. They sell small portion of pastries but the one with chocolate were definitely too rich for us.

We sat outside and had coffee with banana cake while sightseeing. Everything tasted delicious. Very friendly staff, the inside looked really cosy. They sell different types of cakes, breakfast and lunch but alsodifferent types of buns . On the expensive side but i think it's worth it. Recommended! The only positive thing with Cafeva is the fact that it’s situated in beautiful Haga. Food and service on really low level.
